The items below provide our team with the details needed to evaluate the opportunity, structure financing, and move toward a successful closing as quickly as possible.

Investment Property Requirements

Signed Purchase Contract
A fully executed contract for the investment property they are purchasing.

Valid Government-Issued ID
Driver's license, passport, or other accepted identification.

Down Payment & Closing Funds
Funds available for their portion of the transaction.

Property Information
Basic details about the property and investment opportunity.

Investment Strategy
Whether they plan to:

  • Fix & Flip

  • Buy & Hold

  • Refinance

  • Build New Construction

Renovation Project Requirements

Scope of Work
A breakdown of the repairs or improvements planned for the property.

Rehab Budget
Estimated cost of renovations, including labor and materials.

Contractor Information
Name, contact info, and experience of the contractor if one is being used.

Project Timeline
Estimated start date and completion date for the renovation.

After Repair Value (ARV)
The estimated value of the property after repairs are completed.

Photos or Property Details
